Working closely with both our candidates and clients, we match the right people to the right placements. We source supply staff for every position that exists within a school, nursery or college, as well as recruiting for long-term placements and permanent roles.
Our consultants work tirelessly to help candidates secure the placements they want, and schools to secure the people they need. But we don’t stop there, we provide ongoing CPD opportunities as well as a range of training courses.

APSCo Compliance+ accredited
APSCo (The Association of Professional Staffing Companies) is the only membership body dedicated to representing excellence in the professional recruitment industry.
We’re proud to be an APSCo Compliance+ accredited education recruitment agency. This accreditation is a best practice quality standard that is only awarded to a handful of agencies across the UK. It means we go above and beyond the minimum safeguarding checks. To retain this accreditation, we are audited annually by APSCo.
This accreditation is not easy to achieve and it demonstrates our ongoing commitment to excellence, meaning you can have complete confidence in the quality of our services.
Below are some of our most frequently asked questions, but if you can’t find the information you’re looking for, get in touch with our friendly team who will be happy to help.
What type of schools do you work with?
We work with a wide range of education establishments, including:
- Primary schools
- Secondary schools
- Special schools and PRUs
What are your opening hours?
We never place any member of staff in your school without carrying out a thorough vetting process.
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 7am until 6.30pm, but we are contactable by telephone twenty-four hours a day, including weekends.
How much will I get paid for a placement?
We believe that all our candidates should receive fair pay for the work they do.
Your rate of pay will be agreed with your consultant when you register, and will be based on your experience, qualifications and the type of placements you are looking for.
Payment is made weekly and in arrears, on the Friday of the week after you worked. This will be dependent on you submitting your timesheets promptly.
Do I have to be on call for supply work?
We will always try and give you as much notice as possible about available placements, but you should also be prepared for some same-day assignments.
Your consultant will contact you regularly to check your availability for the coming weeks. We ask that for the days you can work, you make yourself available for calls between 7am and 9am so we can contact you with suitable opportunities.
