Education Recruitment Resourcer Full Time Permanent

Vida Education are looking for an Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding and successful team in our busy Blackpool office. This is a fast paced role with an established teaching agency who are dedicated to providing the best service to both our candidates and clients. Operating throughout Lancashire and Cumbria we work with schools, both primary and secondary, colleges and nurseries. This role is permanent and full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (hours to be confirmed but we would only consider part time) to assist with our ever-increasing workload. Working as a resourcer in a recruitment environment, you will have a passion for finding the right candidate for the right role.

You will need;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both on the telephone and in person.
• To be well presented with an outgoing personality.
• Self-motivation and a commitment to on-going learning and individual development.
• Good IT, organisational and administrative skills.
• Preferably educated to A-level or equivalent or at the very least 5 GCSE grade A-C including Maths and English.

The Role;

Working alongside our team of consultants you be required to, but not limited to;

• Actively sourcing and networking with candidates based on job briefs for various temporary, ad-hoc and permanent roles, using job boards/social media.
• Identify skills to match appropriately to vacant roles.
• Pre-screening and booking interviews for candidates, whilst actively assisting with online registrations and dealing with any enquiries.
• Interpreting job specifications provided by consultants and turning them into eye catching and informative job adverts.
• Advertising positions and positively managing responses.
• Answering calls as a point of contact for clients and completing tasks as and when required by the team.
• Fully understand all necessary compliance and training requirements for all clients, working to ensure we continue to excel in our audits.
• Supporting all social media channels.
• General administrative tasks.
