Every candidate is completely vetted before any placement, and we will ensure they have ID and DBS certification with them when they arrive. When you work with us regularly, we can also create supply staff handbooks giving specific details about your school, such as a map of the layout and fire evacuation procedures.

APSCO COMPLIANCE+ ACCREDITED​

Safeguarding and compliance are of paramount importance, and we’re proud to have been awarded the APSCo Compliance+ accreditation for education recruitment. Only a handful of supply agencies in the UK have achieved this accreditation, which is recognised by the DfE and covers two areas: candidate safeguarding and competency. This award means we demonstrate best practice and go above and beyond minimum requirements.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM VIDA EDUCATION

  • Dedicated consultant available from 7am until 9pm
  • Timely responses to all bookings
  • Vetting information and ID sent before a candidate’s arrival
  • Check-in call to ensure the staff member has arrived punctually
  • Feedback call at the end of the day to ensure the quality of service
